For Sponsors
For CHROs, CEOs, and senior sponsors selecting a coach for a leader who matters.
When the role is bigger, the stakes are higher, and leadership risk is real, the choice of coach matters. Leading Insights is a founder-led practice. Azhar Syed coaches every client personally.
Most leaders sponsors send here are already capable, already trusted, already moving. What coaching adds is reach — sharper stakeholder reading, more deliberate influence, and the ability to take more of the organization with them as the leader takes on greater scope.

The Engagement
How sponsor-backed coaching works
The organization contracts with Leading Insights. The leader works directly with Azhar in a confidential coaching relationship.
1
Alignment
The engagement begins with an alignment conversation on context, objectives, success indicators, confidentiality boundaries, stakeholder input, and progress cadence. Where useful, this may include sponsor input, selected assessments, or 360-style stakeholder interviews to clarify what progress should look like. Private coaching conversations remain confidential.
2
Execution
Engagements are typically structured as six- to twelve-month commitments. The work is grounded in business-relevant outcomes, practical actions between sessions, and the leader’s real operating context.
3
Review
Includes structured check-ins where appropriate. Progress themes, stakeholder feedback, and observable shifts may be reviewed with the leader and sponsor, while preserving coaching confidentiality. Scope and investment are discussed after context and fit are understood.
